Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking an Engineering Project Team Leader to drive manufacturing modernization at the Lafayette Engine Center. You will lead projects, coordinate engineering and production resources, monitor progress, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong technical problem-solving skills, and ability to coach teams across functions. This position is onsite in Lafayette, IN with up to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and skills.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and technical problem solving; able to provide solutions.

Responsibilities
