Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and skills.
• Strong manufacturing operations process engineering experience preferred.
• Experience leading modernization projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Coordinating resources across the business with engineering and manufacturing teams.
