Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Corinth, MS is seeking a Disassembly I to disassemble engines and components, sort parts, and support a safe, high-quality production flow. This role provides hands-on training and requires basic computer skills along with tool handling experience.

The position is 2nd shift (3PM–1AM) with a 7% night shift premium, 40-hour weeks, and overtime potential. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience (ability to read standard work documents and enter data).
• Read/write and interpret documents.
• Experience with Word/Excel applications.
• Experience using hoists.
• Knowledge of engines and components.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with basic tooling (hand tools, air tools, pneumatic tools, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Disassemble engines and/or components.
• Sort components and participate in related tasks.
• Use hand and power tools in a safe, quality-focused environment.
• May work with hoists, overhead cranes, or pallet jacks.
• Handle materials and data entry as required.
• Adhere to Built-in-Safety guidelines and team processes.
