Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Booneville, MS is hiring for an Assembly I role. You will work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious team to assemble components, read prints, and perform quality checks across multiple processes.

Expect to operate tools, hoists, and equipment, while applying standard work and data entry in MES systems. The position emphasizes versatility, attendance, and adherence to safety guidelines with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience to read standard work documents and enter data.
• Read/write and interpret documents relevant to production.
• Experience with hoists and assembly/disassembly tooling is a plus.
• Knowledge of engines and components helps with performance.
• Willingness to cross-train and work with various tools in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly processes in a fast-paced, safety-focused team.
• Adhere to contamination control guidelines and quality checks.
• Follow prints, standard work, and perform data entry in MES/BIQ/Epix.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, gages, and presses as needed.
• Move parts using hoists, cranes, or pallet jacks; comply with safety rules.
• Swap to other operation areas as needed to support production goals.
