Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated student in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Computer, or Software Engineering to join our aerospace initiatives as an internship candidate. This opportunity exposes you to real-world projects within the RTX aerospace ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Computer or Software Engineering.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under the program/contract.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.
• Analytical and mathematical modeling skills.
• Ability to solve problems at an implementation level.
• Preferred: passion for learning about and pursuing a career in aviation and aerospace.
• Preferred: creative problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Preferred: basic understanding of gas turbine engines.
• Preferred: knowledge in Python or other coding languages
