Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or Technical Discipline or equivalent preferred.
• 0–10 years job related experience preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment serving in reliability and controls related technical role.
• 5 years’ experience supervising engineers and maintenance in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine system function with focus on safety, quality, productivity, and OEE.
• Lead projects aligned with the Engine Engineering department’s goals.
• Provide controls troubleshooting and technical direction across shifts.
• Collaborate with Engine support groups and maintenance teams.
• Develop and implement controls improvements and handle part procurement.
• Maintain documentation, KPI reports, and reporting tasks as required.
