Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with customers through friendly and genuine service to meet their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell.
• Ensure a vibrant store by supporting visual merchandising & replenishment standards.
• Leverage campaigns and services such as new item launches, promotions, membership, ship-to-home, etc.
• Educate yourself on products and services using training tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Protect company assets by adhering to inventory and loss prevention standards.
• Work on the selling floor, which requires physical activity.
