Job summary

Paper Source, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate who delivers friendly, genuine customer service and helps customers choose gifts, cards, and wrap. You will engage shoppers, share knowledge, and create a welcoming, interactive shopping experience on the sales floor.

You will support visual merchandising, participate in campaigns, and follow loss-prevention standards while standing for long periods. The role involves teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a fast-changing retail

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with customers through friendly and genuine service to meet their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell.
• Ensure a vibrant store by supporting visual merchandising and replenishment standards, maintaining neat, tidy, and inviting presentation.
• Leverage campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, membership, ship-to-home, etc.
• Use training tools to educate yourself on our products and services and assist the store with this knowledge.
• Protect company assets by adhering to inventory and loss prevention standards and completing inventories.
• Work on the selling floor, involving physical activity such as standing, bending, lifting, and climbing.
