Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide direct ABA therapy to assigned clients in a supportive, play-based setting. You will collaborate with BCBAs, collect behavioral data, and maintain timely documentation while engaging with families to reinforce progress.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent and active RBT certification within 60 days of hire. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package accompany a flexible afternoon schedule.
