Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a diligent Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will collect behavior data, complete documentation, and collaborate with families to support each child’s progress, with ongoing RBT certification support.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence with a variety of computer applications.
• Comfortable with building relationships with children and their families.

Responsabilidades

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with the clinic’s ABA team.
