Qualifications

• Professional experience in mortgage lending, mortgage compliance, mortgage operations, or a closely related area.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complicated mortgage or regulatory concepts in a way that's easy to understand.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with co-instructors, course developers, and production staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an on-camera instructor for mortgage education programs (State PE, Federal PE, State CE).
• Present mortgage lending and compliance topics in a clear, conversational, and engaging way.
• Work with other instructors to create informative discussions connecting regulatory requirements to real-world mortgage situations.
• Review course materials before filming and prepare to discuss assigned topics.
• Provide input to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and practical.
