Job summary

The Knowledge Coop is seeking an On-Camera Mortgage Trainer to deliver engaging mortgage education programs across compliance, licensing, and job skills. The role involves presenting mortgage lending concepts in a clear, conversational style and teaching through live events and online content.

You will work with fellow instructors and course developers to create practical, real-world discussions, review course materials, and ensure accuracy and relevance for learners nationwide.

Qualifications

• Mortgage industry experience or familiarity with mortgage lending/compliance.
• Ability to explain regulatory concepts in clear, accessible terms.
• Comfortable speaking conversationally and not just reading from a script.
• Collaborative approach with co-instructors, course developers and production staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an on-camera instructor for mortgage education programs (PE, CE, Compliance).
• Present mortgage topics in a clear, conversational, engaging way.
• Collaborate with instructors, SMEs, and course developers on content and examples.
• Review materials before filming and prepare to discuss topics confidently.
• Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and practical for learners.
