Job summary

Loan Factory is launching its own NMLS-approved education program and seeks a Mortgage Education Instructor to lead PE/CE courses for loan officers. You will teach live online sessions, guide students through licensing, and ensure materials stay compliant with the SAFE Act and NMLS standards.

You have at least 5 years in residential mortgage lending, strong knowledge of federal/state laws, and can engage a virtual audience while communicating clearly. A remote, fully flexible schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential mortgage lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state mortgage laws.
• Eligible to teach NMLS-approved courses.
• Confident presenting live and keeping a virtual room engaged.

Responsibilities

• Lead live online NMLS courses (PE and CE) for new and active loan officers.
• Develop course materials and keep them current and compliant with the SAFE Act and NMLS standards.
• Answer student questions and support licensing and renewal.
• Use student feedback to improve the courses over time.
