Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Training Facilitator or Learning and Development professional.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with designing and delivering blended learning solutions.
• Proficiency in using training-related software and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for employees across different levels.
• Assess training needs and develop comprehensive learning and development programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, guides, and interactive exercises.
