Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative and analytical Instructional Designer to develop engaging learning experiences for our client in Welkom. You will design training programs, e-learning modules, and blended solutions aligned with business goals and learner needs.

Work with SMEs to translate complex information into accessible content, create assessments and facilitator guides, and evaluate program effectiveness. A strong foundation in ADDIE/SAM and tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, ADDIE, SAM, or similar models.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in blended learning and facilitating virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials for e-learning, ILT, and blended delivery.
