You will help develop social skills, healthy habits, and school readiness while exploring the surrounding environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to DoD policies, and ongoing training prerequisites to support program quality and participant safety on base.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Complete required training certificates and maintain credentials.
• Undergo pre-employment drug testing and pass a pre-employment physical.
• Must successfully pass E-Verify and meet federal suitability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision for children and youth in DoD CYP.
• Assist in curriculum development and daily activity planning.
• Maintain safe indoor/outdoor environments and supervise field trips and events.
• Communicate with parents and staff regarding program activities and progress.
