Job summary

The StateView Hotel, part of the Marriott Autograph Collection, is seeking a highly motivated bartender to deliver memorable hospitality. Greet guests, guide beverage selections, and ensure accurate order taking with timely service.

You will maintain bar stock, input orders at the POS, collaborate with servers and kitchen staff, and help create engaging guest experiences. A current bartender certification and 2–4 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current bartenders’ certification or appropriate license.
• 2–4 years of bartender experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Descriptive and able to sell through menu descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide engaging service.
• Suggest beverages and describe the menu.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Maintain bar setup and stock garnishes.
• Process payments and finalize bills.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff.
