Qualifications

1 year of bartending experience preferred.
Passion for crafting personal guest experiences.
Excellent wine and spirits knowledge; strong communication and presentation.
Proficient with credit card and cash handling and accurate tip-out sheets.
Food Handler and Alcohol Serving certifications (if applicable).
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests and promptly serve food and beverages.
Pour drinks, follow standard pour specifications, and process orders in the POS system.
Serve food and drinks and assist servers with orders.
Notify a manager if a guest is intoxicated or disruptive.
Unpack deliveries and stock the bar; clean and organize bar area.
Maintain clean shelves and equipment; follow grooming standards.
Communicate effectively with team and management.
Take on additional duties as needed.
