Main Event Entertainment is seeking a bartender to craft drinks, deliver high-quality service, and help create a fun, safe dining and entertainment experience for Guests in our center. You will rely on strong knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings to make recommendations and ensure accuracy across orders.

We value a guest-focused mindset, teamwork, and reliability, with availability for days, nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of bartending experience is required.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork are essential.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification as required.
• Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming and engaging Guests, acting as a FUN ambassador.
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy.
• Showcasing beer, wine and cocktail knowledge.
• Delivering food and drinks promptly and anticipating Guest needs.
• Creating memorable experiences through exceptional service.
• Adhering to local/state alcohol laws, procedures and policies.
• Processing payments and welcoming Guests back.
• Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe bar; completing side duties.
