Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking an Engagement Specialist for our Distribution Center. You will lead engagement, onboarding, recognition, and wellness initiatives that support safety, quality, and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.

This role centers on building relationships with associates and leaders, communicating clearly, and coordinating programs across teams to improve the associate experience and the organization's culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee engagement and recognition programs to strengthen culture.
• Partner with staffing providers and cross-functional teams to support onboarding.
• Facilitate employee feedback processes and track insights.
• Coordinate appreciation, wellness, volunteer, and team-building events.
• Support continuous improvement through training and change management.
