Qualifications

**ABOUT THE POSITION****The Distribution Center team plays a critical role in delivering the Columbia Sportswear experience by ensuring products move efficiently, safely, and accurately through our operations.****As an Engagement Specialist, you'll help shape the associate experience by leading engagement, recognition, onboarding, and wellness initiatives that support safety, quality, and productivity goals.
