Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking an Engagement Specialist for our Distribution Center. You will lead engagement, recognition, onboarding, and wellness programs that support safety, quality, and productivity, while building relationships across teams to strengthen workplace culture.

Collaborate with staffing providers and leaders to deliver onboarding, gather employee feedback, and coordinate events that drive engagement. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a distribution center, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar operational environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion, and respect.
• Intermediate computer skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Distribution Center team plays a critical role in delivering the Columbia Sportswear experience by ensuring products move efficiently, safely, and accurately through our operations. As an Engagement Specialist, you'll help shape the associate experience by leading engagement, recognition, onboarding, and wellness initiatives that support safety, quality, and productivity goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving positive workplace culture, and partnering across teams to create meaningful programs that make a difference for employees and the business.
