Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Engagement Associate to provide administrative and operational support to the Engagement team. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, and proficiency with Fuse, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.

You will assist in executing engagement strategies, develop accessible content, support wellbeing activities, monitor inquiries, and contribute to reports and forms. This hybrid role centers on enhancing the associate experience and fostering inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR/communications/business admin or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, corporate social responsibility, HR, or related field.
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and DEIB principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of engagement strategy, events, and community building aligned to organizations MVV.
• Support development of high-quality content that is clear, approachable, and relevant.
• Support wellbeing activities and programs (summer/winter, corporate, on-site).
• Provide guidance on engagement resources and policies.
• Monitor Fuse and Teams and respond to associate questions.
• Create/edit reports and presentations as needed.
• Create forms for Engagement programs and processes.
• Maintain accuracy of Engagement/Wellness/D&I content on Fuse.
