Job summary

Creatblue LLC seeks a Team Member Engagement Coordinator to independently manage engagement programs, communications, and operational follow-up across the facility. The role analyzes engagement information, plans initiatives, and provides management recommendations, while coordinating calendars, events, and records.

The Coordinator exercises discretion within approved objectives and bears responsibility for engagement actions and routine tracking tools, with Operations retaining final authority

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years in operations programs, workforce engagement, communications, analytics, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical judgment, program planning, process improvement, and follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to interpret information, compare alternatives, and manage routine tracking tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and escalate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Administer and analyze engagement programs and communications across the facility.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate workforce engagement initiatives within objectives.
• Identify trends vs isolated requests and recommend operational responses.
• Develop engagement communication plans and draft approved communications.
• Maintain engagement trackers, calendars, and event logistics.
• Escalate employee relations concerns per policy and route HR questions appropriately.
