Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Director of Engagement to lead the associate experience strategy across markets and to ensure corporate and regional offices run efficiently while reflecting RPM’s values.

Approximately 30% of the role involves corporate office operations, budgets, vendors, and space planning oversight, with a strong emphasis on DEIB programs and communications that guide organizational change.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in diagnosing and designing strategic culture and engagement strategies.
• Five+ years of management or supervisory experience over a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in DEIB program design, development, management, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated associate experience strategy covering engagement, recognition, inclusion, and corporate workplace.
• Lead listening efforts, translate feedback into insights, and ensure follow-through by leaders.
• Design and oversee recognition and DEIB programs practical for leaders across markets.
• Equip leaders with tools to engage, recognize, and connect with teams consistently.
• Partner with stakeholders on timely, accurate associate communications supporting engagement.
• Ensure offices are welcoming, efficient, and aligned with RPM’s culture; oversee operations.
• Own budgets for engagement programs and office operations; manage vendors and space plans.
• Oversee AP/AR functions and drive program and office metrics.
