Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or better in Human Services or related field.
• Three years of relevant child welfare experience.
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities.
• Experience interpreting policy and coordinating with partners.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages unit operations to meet service delivery goals and monitors caseloads.
• Interprets program policy to staff, clients, and stakeholders.
• Leads supervision and performance development of staff.
• Maintains partnerships with DFPS, education, health, and community resources.
• Ensures case records and data entry are accurate and timely.
