Texas Family Care Network seeks an Engagement Supervisor to lead and develop a team of Family and Youth Engagement Specialists, ensuring timely services for children and families and adherence to policy. The role requires initiative to organize many tasks, supervise staff, and participate in court hearings and planning meetings.

The Engagement Supervisor leads the team comprising the Family Engagement Specialists and Youth Engagement Specialists. This position requires initiative to independently organize and manage numerous tasks associated with this team. The Engagement Supervisor will manage and develop members of the team to ensure that services to children, youth and families are set-up timely and directed toward child safety, permanency, and well-being. The Engagement Supervisor will ensure the team is trained and proficient in the policy and service model for Texas Family Care Network.
