Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Project Manager - Engagement and Communications to connect corporate initiatives with field teams in our tax offices. You will lead engagement programs, coordinate leadership meetings, and ensure teams have the information and support to succeed.

You will partner across Operations, Training, Communications, Product, and Field Leadership to align messaging, gather feedback, and measure adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in project/program management, communications planning, or similar work.
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans for engagement programs, leadership meetings, advisory councils, and support networks.
• Coordinate engagement activities with field leaders, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead support and escalation routines to resolve questions and improve the associate experience.
• Facilitate feedback discussions to uncover barriers and improvement opportunities.
• Develop agendas, facilitator guides, talking points, surveys, and follow-up materials for events.
• Capture and analyze field feedback and adoption indicators.
