Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
• 3 years of experience leading people or successful cross-functional projects
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
• Experience developing communications, training, and adoption strategies for enterprise programs
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure program effectiveness, and recommend actions
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Engagement Program Leads, setting priorities and fostering high performance
• Provide strategic oversight for engagement programs, ensuring governance, execution, and continuous improvement
• Guide the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of associate programs
• Establish and maintain program governance, standards, SOPs, workflows, and documentation
• Drive program awareness, adoption, and utilization through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Monitor program effectiveness through KPIs, reporting, and feedback
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders
• Lead change management efforts to support adoption of programs and organizational initiatives
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across engagement programs
