Job summary

University of Illinois Foundation seeks an Engagement Program Coordinator to support the UIF Engagement Center in Urbana, Illinois. You will supervise student interns and coordinate digital engagement using GiveCampus GO and TED, ensuring top-notch donor service and timely reporting.

You will partner with UIF Advancement Services and the Annual Giving Directors to plan campaigns, test platforms, and document best practices, while maintaining compliance and a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Develop productive relationships with diverse groups and individuals.
• Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrated excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the management of the UIF Engagement Center in Urbana, IL, supervising a student interns and SES and providing training with Engagement Center platforms.
• Coordinate outreach with UIF Advancement Services, administer GiveCampus GO and coordinate with the Annual Giving Directors to plan and execute engagement efforts.
• Administer UIF digital platforms including TED and video email platforms to enhance donor stewardship.
• Engage with constituents via phone, text, email, or mail while providing excellent customer service.
• Track performance reports daily/weekly/semesterly/annual and assist with reconciling transactions using GiveCampus, Blackbaud CRM, and UIF credit card services.
• Create documentation to support use of Donor Services platforms and cross-train with other coordinators to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Serve as liaison between the UIF Engagement Center and other Foundation resources (IT, HR, Facilities).
• Grow knowledge of donor digital engagement and propose opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in training, workshops, and meetings ensuring HR/time reporting/budgeting compliance.
