Job summary

The University of Illinois Foundation seeks a Coordinator, Engagement Programs to plan and execute engagement initiatives within the Donor Services team. You will supervise student interns and Engagement Center staff at the UIF Engagement Center in Urbana, Illinois, coordinating with campus partners and using GiveCampus GO and TED to enhance donor communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the planning and execution of Engagement Programs for Donor Services.
• Supervises student interns and a Student Engagement Specialist at the UIF Engagement Center.
• Administers GiveCampus GO and TED for donor engagement and annual giving services.
• Maintains daily/weekly/semesterly/annual performance reports and reconciles transactions.
• Serves as liaison with UIF Advancement Services and other Foundation resources.
