Job summary

The University of Connecticut Foundation Inc. is seeking a Digital Engagement Specialist to lead the organization’s event and auction technology platforms and help execute digital engagement across fundraising, alumni, and engagement initiatives.

You will partner with Programming Services, Alumni Relations, Gift Processing, Athletics, and others to manage configuration, registration, and communications, while developing SOPs and training materials to support scalable engagement journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Engagement, Platform Management, System Analyst or other relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrator for the Foundation's event and auction technology platforms and support digital engagement strategies.
• Partner with departments to manage platform configuration, registration, marketing automation and communications.
• Develop and maintain governance standards, training resources, and documentation.
