Job summary

The University of Illinois Foundation is seeking a Coordinator, Engagement Programs to plan and execute donor engagement activities from its Urbana engagement center. The role supports the Donor Services team and collaborates with Annual Giving and Engagement Services management to deliver high-quality outreach and stewardship.

You will supervise student interns, manage digital platforms, and ensure timely reporting while maintaining excellent client service across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to develop productive and sustained relationships with diverse groups.
• Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrated excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of the UIF Engagement Center in Urbana, including supervising student interns and Staff Engagement Specialists.
• Coordinate and schedule donor outreach using GiveCampus GO and related platforms; work with Annual Giving Directors to plan and execute efforts.
• Administer UIF digital platforms (TED, video email) to enhance donor stewardship.
• Engage with constituents via phone, text, email or mail and maintain high-quality service.
• Track performance reports from software systems and assist with reconciliations of credit card transactions.
