Job summary

The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce is seeking an outgoing, organized Engagement & Membership Coordinator to support membership engagement, chamber programs, community events, sponsorships, and day-to-day operations.

This role serves as a key link between the Chamber and its members, handling memberships, renewals, onboarding, and ongoing engagement, plus event coordination for signature events and World Snow Celebration.

Responsibilities

• Process new memberships, renewals, and changes.
• Maintain member records in the membership system.
• Welcome and onboard new members; conduct follow-ups.
• Support retention efforts and member engagement.
• Coordinate programs, events, and ribbon-cuttings.
• Assist with sponsorships and World Snow Celebration.
• Provide on-site event support and logistics.
• Respond to member inquiries and registrations.
• Communicate regularly with members and partners.
