Crooked Tree Arts Center in Petoskey, MI seeks an Engagement Coordinator to expand membership and volunteer programs under the Development Director. You will manage gifts, memberships, and donor relations while maintaining accurate records in Neon CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales, membership management, nonprofit, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage membership and donor relationships, including benefits and events.
• Handle gift processing, membership tracking, and donor communications.
• Coordinate volunteer programs and record-keeping for hours and participation.
• Oversee database management and reporting within Neon CRM.
• Assist with planning and execution of fundraising and engagement events.
• Provide front desk coverage and guest services as needed.
