Position Overview

The Engagement Manager II (EM II) is a delivery leadership position owning the end-to-end execution of services and projects for a strategic technology client, across a range of workstreams that may include AI/GenAI initiatives. Strong program and project management skills are central to the role, including experience with pitching, developing solutions and approaches, team management, workflow oversight, client interactions, and reporting. Familiarity with how AI/ML-related engagements are scoped, resourced, and measured is a valuable plus but not a prerequisite.

The Engagement Manager II creates and nurtures relationships with strategic client stakeholders, establishing the role of partner, or trusted advisor, and is measured by customer satisfaction, customer retention/expansion, financial targets achieved, and billable utilization across all engagements in their portfolio. The ability to effectively communicate both up and downstream is a must, along with a results-oriented and positive attitude.

The responsibilities below are not exhaustive and may require adjustment based on internal and client requirements.

The EM II will ideally work PST hours, but we are open to remote locations across the U.S.

Risk Management and Mitigation: Identify potential risks early and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring engagement stability.

Optimization: Develop methodologies to gather qualitative and quantitative data that drive further optimization for internal teams and clients.
