Job summary

Sitreps 2 Steercos is seeking a proactive program manager to lead contract execution and ensure successful delivery of US Army engagements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and client communications, and drive value across contracts from start to renewal.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of managing complex programs in fast-paced environments, with a focus on risk mitigation and customer success.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of program management, engagement management, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, engineering, or related field.
• Strong technical fluency and attention to detail.
• Excellent strategic thinking and written/oral communication.
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Defense and commercial sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, executing, and delivery of engagements and contracts to ensure quality, timeliness, and value.
• Develop standardized, efficient, repeatable operations for field products.
• Collaborate with legal, supply chain, product, and customer success to achieve goals with profitability.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and renewals.
• Monitor scope and manage risks with mitigation plans and stakeholder transparency.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts and work with sales to close them.
