Job summary

Striveworks seeks a Field Program Manager to lead delivery with a US Army Corps HQ, owning the program roadmap and customer relationships. You will coordinate a small cross-functional team, translate friction points into technical roadmaps, and independently mitigate execution risks in a high‑accountability environment.

Hybrid/on-site role at Vass, NC, and Fort Bragg sites; active US security clearance and citizenship required. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6+ years of Army operations at Division (2-star) level or higher.
• Demonstrated experience planning and directing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with proven team leadership.
• Track record building rapport with senior military and civilian stakeholders across levels.
