Job summary

Sitreps 2 Steercos is seeking a proactive program manager to lead contract execution and ensure successful delivery of US Army engagements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and client communications, and drive value across contracts from start to renewal.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of program management, engagement management, or related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong technical fluency and attention to detail.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and written/oral communication.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Defense and commercial sales experience preferred.

About the Role:

We are seeking a self-starter and team player to manage our contract execution and

deliverables with the US Army. This individual will primarily be responsible for ensuring the

successful delivery of contractual obligations and maintaining positive customer relationships in

the post-sale phase. The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading multi-functional

project teams, upselling and expanding opportunities, and building and streamlining workflows.

The ideal candidate proactively identifies and solves problems with minimal guidance,

possesses strong judgment, thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and highly fluid environment,

and works collaboratively and creatively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, executing, and delivery of engagements and contracts to ensure quality, timeliness, and value.
  • Develop and implement standardized, efficient, and repeatable operations to field products.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, like legal, supply chain, product, and customer success teams to achieve project goals while maintaining efficiency and profitability
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and strategic account management to promote retention and renewals.
  • Monitor project scope and control for risks by anticipating challenges, implementing mitigation planks, and communicating transparently with stakeholders when adjustments are needed.
  • Actively identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts, such as follow-on projects, new service lines, or technology add ons, and collaborate with the sales team to close them.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven progress updates, key metrics, success stories, and ROI to clients and internal leadership.
  • Ensure operational and financial wellness by monitoring profitability, utilization, and efficiency across project and client engagements.
  • Gather feedback, analyze engagement performance and implement process improvements
  • Model a culture of learning, agility, and operational excellence
  • Partner with sales teams on proposals, contract negotiations, and account planning by shaping realistic, value-driven deals and strong customer commitments.
  • Represent the company’s capabilities, values, and thought leadership in meetings with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
