Job summary

InSource Solutions is seeking an Engagement Manager for its Operational Intelligence Practice to define client outcomes and lead engagement delivery. This role blends manufacturing credibility with consulting discipline to transform digital investments into measurable value.

You will manage discovery, readiness assessments, execution support, and ongoing advisory relationships, working with operators, engineers, executives, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Technology, or related field preferred.
• Six+ years of experience across manufacturing operations, digital transformation, management consulting, or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex client-facing or executive-facing projects from ambiguity to delivery.
• Direct experience in industrial or manufacturing environments with credibility to engage operators and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition of client problems, outcomes, and success measures for engagements.
• Plan and facilitate discovery workshops translating challenges into prioritized opportunities.
• Own ongoing advisory relationships and governance reviews with retained clients.
• Identify opportunities for client growth and advise on next steps.
• Translate opportunities into executive-ready business cases with roadmaps and investments.
• Collaborate across functions to assemble the right resources and deliver outcomes.
• Help scale the practice by refining repeatable engagement methodologies.
