Job summary

InSource Solutions is seeking an Engagement Manager for its Operational Intelligence Practice. You will lead engagements from discovery through execution, translating operational challenges into structured, fundable paths to value.

This role requires manufacturing credibility, strong facilitation, executive communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining accountability for scope and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Technology, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex client-facing or executive-facing projects.
• Direct experience in industrial/manufacturing environments with plant-floor credibility.
• Experience developing business cases, value models, and roadmaps.
• Experience with OT/IT environments (SCADA, historians, MES/MOM, CMMS, cloud platforms).
• Travel up to 30-50% for client workshops and sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement from problem definition to value realization.
• Plan and facilitate discovery workshops translating challenges into roadmaps.
• Own ongoing advisory relationships and governance reviews.
• Identify next opportunities within retained client relationships.
• Translate opportunities into executive-ready business cases and roadmaps.
• Collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Client Success, and Partners.
• Develop repeatable engagement methodologies and tools.
• Ensure delivery excellence and scalable practices.
• Document opportunities and govern follow-on programs.
