Platinum River INNOVATIONS is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client engagements in enterprise technology consulting. You will serve as the primary client contact, ensure successful project delivery, and drive measurable business outcomes while mentoring team members in engagement strategy.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and quality, identify growth opportunities within accounts, and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable plans, aligning resources

Qualificações

• Demonstrated command of Agile/Scrum methodology is required.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills with a focus on being clear and concise.
• Experience with client and team leadership.
• Experience with leading AI projects.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools for project management and process efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with the technical team to align resources with client objectives.
• Monitor engagement health, proactively addressing risks and challenges.
• Drive client success and adoption of solutions, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and partner internally to expand services.
• Provide executive-level updates and reporting to both clients and internal leadership.
