Job summary

Oliver Wyman’s Private Equity team in North America seeks experienced professionals to support its growth in Education sector clients, including higher education, K-12, and EdTech. The role centers on leading due diligence and value-realization engagements for private equity funds and their portfolio companies.

You will be on-scene as an engagement manager, driving analysis, synthesis, and client communication while collaborating with cross-functional experts.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial and operational due diligence in a management consulting firm.
• Exposure to private equity environments across deals and portfolio companies.
• Strong customer research skills (interviews, surveys, focus groups).
• Proven ability to solve complex strategic problems with analytical rigor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across formal and informal settings.
• Fluent in English; undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute due diligence engagements and post-transaction work for private equity clients.
• Ensure findings are insightful, data-driven, and actionable for senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and project momentum.
