Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to commercial due diligence in a management consulting firm.
• Worked across or within industries within Private Equity.
• Knowledge of customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc).
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
• Fluent in English.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program.
• Take initiative and learn new skills to apply existing ones.
• Creativity to generate novel ideas for client problems.
• Aptitude for analytical work with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry- and discipline-specific knowledge to amplify client impact.
• Support private equity engagements across deal lifecycle from identification to realization.
