Qualifications

• Professional working experience with commercial due diligence in a management consulting firm.
• Individuals who have worked in industrials within Private Equity.
• Knowledge and in-depth experience with customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.).
• A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
• Fluent in English.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program.

Responsibilities

• Execute work streams from start to finish for Senior Consultants, including structuring and solving problems and communicating insights.
• Direct the work of junior consultants and become the go-to person for the client on topics.
• Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and plan and execute analyses with junior team members.
• Lead ongoing engagements, including due diligence and post-transaction work, to support private equity funds and portfolio companies.
• Ensure findings are insightful and data-driven, and manage client relationships.
