Oliver Wyman's Private Equity team in North America seeks an Engagement Manager to lead client engagements in the deal lifecycle, from due diligence through value realization.

You will work with PE clients on industrials and cross-functional teams, shaping hypotheses, directing analyses, and delivering strategic recommendations. The role offers rapid growth in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Formación

• Professional working experience with commercial due diligence in a management consulting firm.
• Experience in industrials within Private Equity is valued.
• Experience with customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.).
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in formal and informal settings.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Candidates should hold an undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong program.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Creative thinker with ability to propose novel solutions.
• Aptitude for analyzing large data sets and identifying key issues.
