Adaptive Solutions Group is seeking an Engagement Lead to own client engagements across discovery, solution delivery, and ongoing support. You will translate ambiguous business problems into actionable requirements for technical delivery teams and lead discovery activities, including stakeholder conversations, working sessions, documentation review, prototyping, and validation.

Develop first drafts of requirements, executive summaries, presentations, process documentation, and other engagement

Qualificações

• 7+ years in a client-facing technology delivery role.
• Translate ambiguous client or business problems into clear requirements and deliverables for engineering teams.
• Own client engagements or technical initiatives from discovery through implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and how business requirements map to design and delivery.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for discovery, prototyping, research, or validation.

Responsabilidades

• Own client engagements across discovery, solution delivery, and ongoing support.
• Lead discovery activities with stakeholders, sessions, reviews, prototyping, and validation.
• Develop first drafts of requirements, summaries, presentations, and process docs.
• Create implementation-ready artifacts for engineering teams to execute.
• Evaluate requests to identify underlying business objectives, not just features.
• Use AI-assisted tools to visualize solutions and accelerate decisions.
• Facilitate meetings to resolve questions and maintain delivery momentum.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define requirements and workflows before development.
• Manage engagement logistics and timelines across multiple engagements.
• Support senior leaders in strategic discovery and planning, maintaining continuity into delivery.
• Monitor health of solutions and surface changing business needs.
• Identify opportunities for additional solutions or enhancements.
• Help develop and improve requirements and delivery processes.
