Job summary

Burlington Stores in New Jersey is seeking an Associate Engagement & Experience Coordinator to provide centralized operational and administrative support across the Culture & Community Impact organization. You will coordinate workflows, manage calendars, track priorities, and support enterprise programs to enable successful execution.

The role partners with Communications, Store Operations, and leaders to ensure timely publishing, events, budgets, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, program administration, communications, or operations.
• Experience supporting multiple leaders and enterprise initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience managing workflows, calendars, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise communications intake, routing, approvals, and publication schedules.
• Maintain project trackers, calendars, and status reports across departments.
• Support annual planning, meetings, and leadership reviews with organized materials.
• Process invoices, procurements, vendor onboarding, and budget documentation.
• Plan and coordinate enterprise meetings, workshops, and events including logistics.
• Manage associate program administration and documentation repositories.
• Provide cross-functional support to ensure on-time delivery of initiatives.
