Job summary

Genpact in the United States is seeking an Engagement Director to lead end-to-end D365 programs, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction while serving as the single point of accountability for the client.

You will manage senior client relationships, oversee delivery governance with PMs and architects, own budgets and revenue forecasting, support pre-sales, and drive transformation roadmaps aligned to business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• MBA or related Master's degree preferred.
• Significant experience leading large client engagements with P&L responsibility.
• Strong proficiency in D365 F&O and/or CE modules.
• Proven CXO-level relationship management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large teams and plan resources to ensure delivery excellence.

• Demonstrate D365 F&O and CE architectural and functional scope knowledge.
• Exhibit leadership in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, decision-making.
• Drive business acumen, contract governance, and revenue forecasting.
• Communicate effectively with executives and negotiate successfully.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Engagement Ownership: Manage multiple D365 programs, ensuring delivery quality, adherence to timelines, and client satisfaction. Serve as the single point of accountability for the client.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders (CFO, CIO, COO). Handle escalations and lead strategic discussions.
• Delivery Governance: Oversee project managers, solution architects, and functional leads. Ensure risks are managed, projects remain on track, and best practices are followed.
• Commercial & Financial Ownership: Manage project budgets, profitability, billing, and revenue forecasting. Drive commercial success of the engagement.
• Pre-Sales & Business Growth: Support proposals, RFP responses, and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell within existing accounts.
• Team Leadership: Lead large teams including PMs, architects, and consultants. Ensure resource planning, team performance, and delivery excellence.
• Strategic Alignment: Align D365 solutions with client business goals, providing transformation roadmaps and digital strategy inputs.
• D365 Expertise: Strong understanding of D365 F&O and/or CE modules, including architecture and functional scope.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and decision-making under pressure.
• Business & Commercial Acumen: Experience in budget management, revenue forecasting, and contract governance.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional CXO-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills..
