Job summary

Genpact, a leader in AI-powered transformation, seeks an Engagement Director to own large D365 engagements and drive measurable client value. You will manage cross-functional teams, govern delivery, and maintain strong CXO relationships in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

You will guide budgets, revenue forecasting, and strategic roadmaps, aligning D365 solutions with client goals and digital strategy while shaping transformation at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in business, finance, or economics with MBA/analytics preferred.
• Experience leading CXO-level engagements and multi-disciplined teams.
• Strong understanding of D365 F&O/CE or related ERP capabilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Engagement Ownership: manage multiple programs with delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Client Relationship Management: build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and manage escalations.
• Delivery Governance: oversee PMs, architects, and leads to keep projects on track.
• Commercial & Financial Ownership: manage budgets, profitability, billing, and forecasting.
• Pre-Sales & Growth: support proposals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Team Leadership: lead large teams including PMs; plan resources and performance.
• Strategic Alignment: align D365 solutions with client goals and digital roadmaps.
• D365 Expertise: strong understanding of D365 F&O/CE architecture and scope.
• Leadership Skills: stakeholder management, conflict resolution, decisive under pressure.
• Business Acumen: experience in budget management and contract governance.
• Communication: exceptional CXO-level communication and negotiation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Engagement Ownership: Manage multiple D365 programs, ensuring delivery quality, adherence to timelines, and client satisfaction. Serve as the single point of accountability for the client.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders (CFO, CIO, COO). Handle escalations and lead strategic discussions.
• Delivery Governance: Oversee project managers, solution architects, and functional leads. Ensure risks are managed, projects remain on track, and best practices are followed.
• Commercial & Financial Ownership: Manage project budgets, profitability, billing, and revenue forecasting. Drive commercial success of the engagement.
• Pre-Sales & Business Growth: Support proposals, RFP responses, and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell within existing accounts.
• Team Leadership: Lead large teams including PMs, architects, and consultants. Ensure resource planning, team performance, and delivery excellence.
• Strategic Alignment: Align D365 solutions with client business goals, providing transformation roadmaps and digital strategy inputs.
• D365 Expertise: Strong understanding of D365 F&O and/or CE modules, including architecture and functional scope.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and decision-making under pressure.
• Business & Commercial Acumen: Experience in budget management, revenue forecasting, and contract governance.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional CXO-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
